All Boxes ship on the 15th and 30th of every month. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as it’s on its way.

Yes, you can manage your subscription through your account settings. You’re free to cancel or pause anytime, but make sure any changes are made before the 15th of the month to avoid being charged for that month’s box.

Currently, Pokbox is available only in Canada and the US, but we’re always looking to expand. Stay tuned for updates!

No, shipping and taxes are not included in the subscription price. These additional costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
